Sensaterra recherche un(e) Operations Associate en alternance à Paris, avec 20% travail en centre-ville et 80% en entrepôt puis chez les clients. Vous installerez les machines et consommables, suivrez les contrats et assurerez le support B2B sous 2 heures pour maintenir une satisfaction élevée.

Vous coordonnerez la logistique, préparerez les colis, aiderez à faire évoluer les processus et travaillerez avec le responsable des opérations et le co-fondateur.

Qualifications

• Permis de conduire exigé.
• Goût pour le terrain et bonnes capacités de reporting.
• Anglais opérationnel (Bon niveau).

Responsabilités

• Installer les machines et consommables pour les contrats B2B.
• Assurer le support client B2B avec réponse sous 2h.
• Préparer et expédier les colis, coordonner le ramassage.
• Optimiser les processus et collaborer avec les autres services.

Job description

Internship: This role is focused on the operations related to B2B clients.

We are looking for a Operations Associate to develop the Customer care services. You will work in a multicultural company & offices. Job based 20% in the city center of Paris and 80% in our warehouse + to our client’s places to Paris.

As an Operations Associate, your main role is make sure B2B clients are satisfied, and operated in the best way. You’ll work in direct contact with the Operations Manager and the co-founder in charge of Operations:

• Client installation & follow-up: We’ve signed a new contract ? good news, it’s your responsibility to install machines and consumables, and operate the contract throughout the full lifetime
• Customer Support : deal with all B2B after sales demands within 2h to make sure to keep a 100% satisfaction rate on Sensaterra
• Logistics :prepare the packages to be sent to client, coordinate the pick-up of the packages, assist clients with potential logistic related topics, set machines to the customers, deliver fresh coffee to B2B customers
• Process optimization : you will help optimize the processes, create a good collaboration with other department, and provide insight to increase efficiency
