Qualifications

• Experience in machine operations.
• Familiar with TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
• Reading and writing and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.
• Understanding of TPM tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Execute standard work processes using AM and PM maintenance standards.
• Participate in shutdown maintenance and root-cause analysis.
