Job summary

Vestiaire Collective in Paris is seeking an FP&A Manager – Operations to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the VP FP&A, you will partner with Operations, strategy and finance to design growth strategies and drive performance globally.

This analytical role blends FP&A, modelling, performance management and strategic support, collaborating with senior leaders across Operations, Strategy, Commercial and Finance to influence key decisions in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of FP&A/analytical finance experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data.
• Strong financial modelling skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau, or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI to automate processes.
• Structured, rigorous and able to turn analyses into recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Tech/company marketplace/scale-up exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and support planning, budgeting and forecasting for Operations.
• Monitor performance vs budget and forecast; provide actionable insights.
• Define, forecast, track and analyse KPIs including CPO, CPI, repayment rate, cost per contact, shipping costs, productivity ratios, customer satisfaction, lead times and O2C.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to senior Operations leaders.
• Translate data into clear recommendations; challenge assumptions.
• Develop advanced financial models for major projects and investments.
• Evaluate initiatives such as warehouse openings, tenders and expansion.
• Contribute to AI-powered reporting tools and data infrastructure improvements.
