Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Google Sheets; Tableau or DBT are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and create automation opportunities across Customer Delight.
• Assist with recurring reporting, data collection, analysis, and other operational tasks.
• Support AI adoption across Customer Delight teams.
