Back Market in Paris is offering a six-month internship focusing on analytics and operational reporting. You will support Buybulk performance, track KPIs, and contribute to automation and process improvements, all while working in a bilingual English/French environment.

The role requires advanced data manipulation, strong GSheet skills, and basic SQL; VBA, Zapier and automation tools are a plus. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site Paris location.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Advanced GSheet skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Basics of SQL; willingness to learn during internship.

Responsabilités

• Track and monitor KPIs to support regular reporting and analysis.
• Own key operational processes and checks to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in major projects: automation, process/tool improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
