Fipto is seeking an Operations Analyst intern to join our growing team in Paris. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage and configure client accounts, onboard customers and monitor transactions, ensuring ledger accuracy across crypto and traditional currencies.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, data synthesis, and proactive problem-solving with a focus on compliance, risk management and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize information.
• Currently in final year of education in management control, finance or auditing.
• Looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting October 2026.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Autonomy, proactivity and reliability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Support KYB/KYC analysis and risk reviews for corporate clients.
• Monitor crypto and fiat transactions to manage fraud and compliance risks.
• Manage settlements with liquidity partners and ensure accurate ledgers.
• Review and improve internal processes; contribute to new procedures.
• Assist on project management tasks and strategic partnership initiatives.
