Meet Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Project Coordinator to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing project based in Strasbourg. You will be the central organiser, ensuring production requirements are captured and actions tracked while maintaining the project schedule.

The role emphasizes rigorous coordination with SMEs and the project team, preparing agendas and minutes, and delivering regular status updates in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination, PMO, project planning or operational readiness.
  • Experience working in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong project tracking and schedule management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project is essential.
  • Previous experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
  • Strong ability to track actions, follow up on deliverables and maintain project momentum.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working 5 days onsite in Strasbourg, France.

Responsabilités

  • Coordinate production requirements tracking and action logs.
  • Track all ongoing, outstanding and pending actions through to completion.
  • Maintain and regularly update the operational project schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and proactively chase outstanding actions.
  • Identify potential delays, risks or issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed timelines and operational requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Project Coordinatorto support a pharmaceutical manufacturing project based in Strasbourg. This is a highly organised, coordination-focused role for someone who excels at project tracking, schedule management and stakeholder follow-up. You will act as the central organiser, ensuring that production requirements are identified and captured, actions are tracked, and key operational readiness activities remain on schedule. You will work closely with subject matter experts and the wider project team, ensuring that documentation, actions and deliverables are progressing as planned.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking

  • Ensure all production requirements are identified, captured and appropriately tracked.
  • Track all ongoing, outstanding and pending actions through to completion.
  • Maintain and regularly update the operational project schedule using MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and proactively chase outstanding actions.
  • Identify potential delays, risks or issues and escalat where appropriate.
  • Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed timelines and operational requirements.

Operational Readiness

  • Act as the key coordination interface with the KZILX project team, aligning project schedules with operational needs.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Track the progress of SMEs responsible for preparing and completing required documentation.
  • Follow up with SMEs to ensure documentation and deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Support meetings, workshops and project reviews, including preparation of agendas, minutes and action logs.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, actions and outstanding deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination, PMO, project planning or operational readiness.
  • Experience working in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong project tracking and schedule management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project is essential.
  • Previous experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
