Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Freelance Assistant Project Manager to support an ongoing construction and pharmaceutical manufacturing project in Strasbourg. You will assist the Project Manager with daily coordination, track actions, and help manage schedules on site.

The role requires experience in industrial or pharma environments, strong MS Project skills, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors while managing site constraints and risk. On-site presence five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in industrial, pharmaceutical or construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Solid understanding of construction project execution and qualification phases.
• Experience coordinating and monitoring subcontractors on large sites.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for complex project timelines.
• Available to work 5 days per week onsite in Strasbourg.

Freelance Assistant Project Manager – Construction / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

I’m currently supporting a pharmaceutical organisation looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support an ongoing construction and manufacturing project at their site in Strasbourg.

The consultant will support the Project Manager across project execution, scheduling, action tracking and contractor coordination, while ensuring industrial site constraints and associated risks are considered throughout project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and follow-up


• Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project


• Track project actions, milestones and outstanding activities


• Support construction project execution and qualification phases


• Integrate industrial environment constraints and associated risks into project activities


• Support the preparation and issuing of hot work permits / Permis de Feu

Key Requirements:

• Previous project coordination / Assistant Project Manager experience within an industrial, pharmaceutical or construction environment
