Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II for a 100% onsite role in Chantilly, VA. The technician will install, troubleshoot, program, and maintain wireless communications systems for commercial and public-sector customers.

The candidate will work independently in the field, diagnose RF and communications equipment, read schematics, and provide onsite support while meeting travel and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, or programming two-way radio or wireless systems.
• Experience with base stations, repeaters, antennas, duplexers, multicouplers is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel/overnight stays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, program, and maintain two-way radio and wireless systems.
• Create and modify mid-level radio programming codeplugs with multiple channels and zones.
• Support UHF/VHF and 800/900 MHz systems, dispatch consoles, base stations, and related equipment.
