Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Radio Communications Technician to support critical wireless systems for diverse clients. This on-site role in Chantilly, VA involves installing, configuring, and maintaining two-way radio networks and related infrastructure to ensure reliable communications across high-impact environments.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with RF technologies, radio programming, and codeplug management, plus a diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with two-way radio and wireless communication systems.
• Experience with RF technologies including UHF, VHF, 800 MHz, 900 MHz systems, repeaters, antennas, duplexers, and related equipment.
• Hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, programming, and maintaining radio communications equipment.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain two-way radio and wireless communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair radio communications equipment, repeaters, antennas, duplexers, and related infrastructure.
• Program radios and manage codeplugs to support customer communication requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system testing, and technical diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support and resolve RF communication issues for end users and customers.
