Vestas is seeking a Team Leader for Area Site Management in Lussac les Châteaux, France. The role focuses on optimizing wind turbine performance throughout their life cycle, ensuring maximum capacity and energy efficiency.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance tasks, and collaborate with customers to sustain service quality. A strong electrical/mechanical background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in wind turbine maintenance or installation.
• Ability to supervise technicians and manage service delivery.
• Strong technical background in electrical/mechanical systems.
• Comfort with data-driven diagnostics and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Follow up of maintenance tasks.
• Supervision of technicians in day-to-day activities.
• Advanced level operational wind turbine maintenance and installation tasks.
• Documentation of turbine issues in SF, SAP, and other systems.
• Interface with turbine control and mechanical systems for service tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, costs and service delivery goals are met.
• Provide training/coaching to technicians and operators.
