Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a Medical Omnichannel Content Manager Oncology to translate medical strategies into omnichannel journeys for healthcare professionals. You will define and orchestrate the activation across field, digital, congresses, and emails, ensuring the HCP journey is ready for activation.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
Experience in medical affairs or marketing is required.
Ability to translate medical strategies into clear content and journeys.
Knowledge of information environment for doctors and pharmacists.

Responsibilities

Translate key medical messages into journeys for healthcare professionals across field, digital, congresses, and emails.
Manage external content creation agencies: briefing, review, budget, timelines.
Perform pre-approval checks to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with strategy.
Orchestrate activation of HCP journeys within cross-functional teams (medical–marketing).
Roll out ready-to-adapt content for local in-country teams.
Define and monitor KPIs for content pieces, localization rate, engagement, and impact on practice.
