Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join our onboard boutique teams, delivering a premium guest experience and maximising luxury watch sales at sea. You will guide guests through high-value purchases, leveraging deep product knowledge, storytelling, and brand relationships to build trust and repeat visits.

Live and work onboard cruise ships worldwide, with a competitive salary, up to 6% commission, provided accommodation and meals, visa support, and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide customers through high-value purchases.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand their needs, and suggest pieces relevant to their style or occasion.
• Introduce brands, explain features and values, and invite guests to handle pieces.
• Support onboard events, maintain product presentation, and share knowledge with the team.
