Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard retail teams aboard cruise ships worldwide. You will drive luxury watch sales with strong product knowledge, guiding guests through high-value purchases and building relationships with guests from around the world.

This role blends luxury sales with travel, offering an attractive salary plus up to 6% commission. You will live and work onboard, with accommodation and meals provided on many contracts, and visa assistance where

Formación

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Experience with premium or Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, assess needs and recommend relevant pieces.
• Lead brand introductions and guide ownership imagination.
• Support onboard events, promotions and stock presentation.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and compliance.
