Harding+ is seeking a beauty expert to join our onboard retail team on cruise ships. You will engage guests with product knowledge, provide personalised service, and help guests find the perfect fragrance and beauty items while representing our leading brands.

You will participate in events and demonstrations, travel the world, and build lasting customer connections. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty and retail or sales in a customer-facing environment.
• Confident recommending products and understanding customer needs.
• Able to build rapport quickly and guide customers to purchases in a natural way.
