Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join our onboard boutique teams on cruise ships worldwide. You will deliver a premium guest experience, showcase luxury watches, and guide guests through high-value purchases with expert storytelling and care.

Live at sea, travel the world and earn a competitive salary plus up to 6% commission on watch sales. We value confident communicators with product knowledge and a passion for luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.
• Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Confident in delivering product presentations.
• Flexible, team-focused and adaptable to life at sea.
• Fluent in English; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend pieces.
• Introduce brands, explain features, and invite handling.
• Support onboard events, promotions, and lead generation.
• Maintain product presentation and assist with stock and compliance.
• Build trust with guests during high-value purchases.
