Harding is seeking motivated Chanel Beauty Advisors to join our onboard cruise teams. You will deliver expert artistry and personalised service to guests from around the world, living and working on a cruise ship for up to six months per contract.

Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance, perform full makeovers, advise guests on skin needs, and drive sales through engaging demonstrations and events. Accommodation and meals are provided on board, with visas and seafaring documents arranged.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with premium beauty/fragrance knowledge.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.
• Public speaking and luxury product demonstration experience.
• Able to work at sea and in a high-pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Perform full makeovers and demonstrate techniques.
• Provide tailored advice on skin types and needs.
• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets via consultative selling.
• Stock control and inventory management on board.
• Create a memorable retail experience for guests.
• Participate in events and seminars to drive traffic.
