Vulcain Engineering Group seeks an Offshore Installation Analysis Engineer to join our Île-de-France team. You will perform installation analyses using OrcaFlex for J-Lay/S-Lay methods and subsea components, and participate in offshore missions to ensure safety and reliability.

You will supervise installation analysis engineers, set up facility analysis bases, and contribute to execution and reporting. A strong engineering background and technical English are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Hands-on installation analysis experience.
• Proficiency with OrcaFlex for installation analyses.
• Strong teamwork and communication with stakeholders.
• Technical English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Participate in dedicated projects, supporting design and methodology teams.

Your Missions:

• Participate in dedicated projects: Provide support to design teams and methodology teams.
• Perform installation analyses: Utilize OrcaFlex software to conduct installation analyses of pipelines using J-Lay or S-Lay methodologies, heavy load deployment analyses, and installation analyses for subsea flexibles and umbilicals.
• Participate in offshore missions: Engage in offshore missions during the project execution phase.

Supervision Responsibilities:

• Team supervision: Oversee a team (local/remote) of installation analysis engineers.
• Facility analysis: Set up and approve facility analysis design bases, review and validate facility analysis team documents.
• Execution and reporting: Contribute to the execution and reporting of facility analyses when required.

Required Skills:

• Engineering background: Specialization in relevant fields.
• Practical experience: Hands-on experience in installation analysis, preferably in an industrial or offshore environment.
• Technical proficiency: Expertise in using OrcaFlex software for installation analyses.
• Teamwork and communication: Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various project stakeholders.
• Technical English proficiency: Proficient in technical English, both written and spoken.
