Description du poste

About Us

sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.

About the Role

We are looking for an Office Manager & Event Coordinator (CDD) to join our People team in Paris.

This is a hands-on role for someone at the beginning of their career who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to leave their mark on the employee experience at sunday. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone proactive, creative and genuinely excited about creating great experiences for people whether that means organising a team offsite, managing a vendor relationship, writing a company-wide communication, or setting up a new joiner's first day seamlessly.

You will work closely with the People, IT and Finance teams, and interact with employees across the whole organisation on a daily basis.

  • Manage event logistics from concept to execution: venue, catering, invites, budget, communication and follow-up.

  • Create and send internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged and connected to sunday's culture.

  • Write clear, engaging and on-brand content for internal announcements, newsletters and Slack updates.

  • Partner with the People and leadership teams to bring new ideas and formats for employee engagement.

  • Maintain the internal events calendar and ensure visibility across the organisation.

  1. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Own the logistics of onboarding for all new joiners in Paris: equipment, accesses, desk setup, welcome kits and Day 1 experience.

  • Coordinate preboarding communications and ensure a smooth, consistent onboarding journey.

  • Partner with IT, Finance and the People team to ensure every step of onboarding runs without friction.

  • Collect feedback from new joiners and continuously improve the onboarding experience.

  • Contribute to offboarding logistics when relevant.

  • Support recurring People processes and employee experience initiatives throughout the year.

About You
  • You have 1 to 2 years of experience in office management, event coordination, internal communications, employee experience or a similar role.
