sunday is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across France and beyond. You will build strong relationships with restaurant partners, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that help operators pay faster and delight guests.

This role offers a dynamic, fast-growing environment in Paris with a mix of in-person and remote work. You have 2+ years in account management or consulting, are fluent in French and English, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff to turn them from customers to ambassadors.

• Create and deliver the account management playbook.
• Upsell future sunday products to our restaurant partners.
• Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure we are building the best product for our restaurant partners.

sunday is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager capable of driving the company's growth. If you are a customer oriented person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the job is for you. About You

• You have 2+ years of experience in account management or consulting
• You are extremely rigorous
• You are fluent in French and English
• Ideally, you are familiar with the restaurants industry
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of leading a full-cycle project
• You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills
• You are customer focused: You can turn prospects into customers and customers into ambassadors
• You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality
• You are a team player
• You’re autonomous
