PCA has an experienced team of over 40 people across six offices in the U.S. and Europe who have collectively worked on over 300 fundraises since 2010 across a wide array of private equity fundraising.**Responsibilities**As an Intern in Houlihan Lokey Primary Capital Advisory team, you will be involved in:* The provision of strategic advice to clients related to the positioning of alternative asset brands in the market for sustained competitive advantage.* The production of core fund marketing documentation (investor presentation, DDQ, etc.) with bespoke analyses.* The management of fundraising processes, including investor tracking and client communication.* The completion of due diligence materials in response to inquiries from potential fund investors.* The origination of new opportunities, including meeting potential clients and the production of pitch materials and associated analyses.* New mandate selection through extensive due diligence, as part of a rigorous internal process.**Basic Qualifications**The ideal candidate will have private equity fundraising experience, acquired at a reputable placement agent or within the investor relations team of a leading private equity firm. Candidates with prior experience in investment banking or transaction services from reputable institutions will also be considered.In addition, the candidate shall have strong work ethics, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
