Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions group is seeking a fundraising professional with private equity fundraising experience to join a global advisory firm. You will produce core fundraising materials, manage investor communications, and support diligence and deal processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, independence, and the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration from senior team members and potential international coordination.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has private equity fundraising experience at a reputable placement agent or investor relations team.
• Strong work ethics and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork is essential, but creativity and initiative are encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic fundraising support and produce core fund marketing documentation (investor presentations, DDQ, etc.).
• Manage fundraising processes including investor tracking and client communications.
