Northern Montana Hospital in Montana is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to organize and deliver medically prescribed therapy programs that improve patients' quality of life after injury, disease, or loss. You must be a graduate of an AOTA-accredited program, licensed to practice in Montana, and skilled in upper-extremity splinting and rehab, with a patient-centered approach.

About the role

$20,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus
Organizes and conducts medically prescribed Occupational Therapy programs to guide individuals in improving their quality of life following injury, disease, or loss of a body part with consideration to patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional course of education, which is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Montana.
• Skills in upper extremity splinting and rehab.
• Amiable personality, ability to make sound judgments, and the ability to maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
