Creandum is seeking a senior observability lead to own the strategy, design and rollout across our systems. You will ensure visibility of the entire stack and surface the information the company relies on to make key decisions and measure progress.

You will set direction, design the stack, lead others through building it, and work with internal teams to drive adoption. You’ll define SLAs, SLOs and SLIs and build end-to-end visibility for dependencies and alarms.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale engineering observability initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and implement instrumentation across services.
• Strong collaboration across product, infra and research teams.
