Job summary

H is seeking a Senior Observability Lead to own the strategy, design, and rollout of our observability across the entire stack. You will surface critical insights to guide key decisions and measure progress across products and services.

You will stay hands-on while directing a scalable stack, defining SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, and collaborating with infrastructure, product, engineering and research teams. Hybrid role with regular office presence in Paris or London.

Qualifications

• Lead observability strategy across all teams and tech stacks.
• Define and implement production instrumentation and telemetry integrations.
• Experience with SRE practices and reliability metrics.
• Proven ability to influence and drive adoption across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set one observability strategy applicable across teams and stacks.
• Own the implementation of metrics, logs, traces, alerts and dashboards.
• Define SLAs, SLOs and SLIs with product, research and infrastructure teams.
• Build end-to-end visibility of system dependencies with visualisations for users and agents.
• Automate tracking of coverage, reliability, alert quality and cost of execution.
