Job summary

Axway, a leading data-driven software company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Order-to-Cash. You will partner with Finance, Sales and Business Operations to redefine end-to-end O2C processes across a multi-application landscape including Salesforce, Workday Financials and Kyriba.

You will challenge existing processes, design target-state models, and drive the delivery of pragmatic, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with global standards and local country implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Finance Transformation Consultant, ERP Consultant or similar role.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner for Order-to-Cash.
• Own O2C Process Analysis & Design and map current-state and target-state processes.
• Translate business needs into requirements and validate feasibility with IS teams.
• Lead the End-to-End O2C systems perspective across Salesforce → IonBiz → Workday Financials → Sidetrade → Kyriba.
• Drive functional delivery, testing, UAT and change management for O2C initiatives.
• Monitor continuous improvement and define KPIs for process efficiency.
