Jobtailor in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Île-de-France seeks an experienced ERP O2C specialist to drive digital transformation initiatives. You will lead Oracle ERP Cloud O2C projects, scope and design processes, and deploy solutions across finance and operations.

You will facilitate workshops with SCM, Finance, Commercial and IT stakeholders, manage billing and cash workflows, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to the Oracle Cloud roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud experience in O2C modules.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, GOP, Receivables, Billing, GL.
• Experience with IFRS and SOX regulations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous, proactive with strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Subject matter expert for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in strategic digital transformation projects.
• Lead Oracle ERP Cloud O2C projects: scoping, design, configuration, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with SCM, Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage billing, collections, and bank reconciliation workflows.
• Oversee integrations with CRM systems, payment platforms, and billing tools.
• Produce and validate financial reports and KPIs using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and end users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategy and the Oracle Cloud roadmap.
