Job summary

SBS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Procure-to-Pay to lead transformation of end-to-end P2P processes within the Finance Technology team. You will partner with Procurement, Finance and IS to challenge current practices and design scalable solutions across Workday, Concur and CLM.

You will map current-state and target-state processes, identify gaps, define requirements, and oversee testing, change management and deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BA or similar roles within P2P and procurement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience on ERP projects and multi-system environments.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner for Procure-to-Pay.
• Map and design end-to-end P2P processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Lead testing, UAT and quality assurance.
• Drive change management and user adoption.
• Coordinate with IS and external partners.
• Ensure cross-application data flows and integrations.
• Define ownership and hand-offs across stakeholders.
