Qualifications

• Requires RN license and a Master’s in health care administration.
• Typically 7+ years of healthcare quality/regulatory experience, with leadership in a regulatory environment.
• Experience with quality improvement, performance metrics, and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and oversight of the service line quality management plan.
• Manage human resources: supervision, hiring, promotions, performance appraisals and engagement.
• Develop budgets and approve new partnerships and value-based contracts.
• Lead change management to improve service line quality and health outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and accreditation compliance across the region.
• Define quality priorities to achieve top decile service line metrics and CMS measures.
• Oversee documentation systems, policies, and quality councils actions.
• Present abstracts and results to national conferences and seek best practices.
