Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor in Supportive Oncology to lead a multidisciplinary nursing team in a high-volume ambulatory setting in Charlotte. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and participate in leadership activities with the department.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, BLS, and oncology experience. Prior management experience is preferred; BSN is expected.

• RN license issued by the state.

• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30, no holidays or weekends.

Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65

Where you will work

Atrium Health RN Clinical Supervisor, Supportive Oncology. Multidisciplinary department of supportive care in cancer. More than 25 nurses across different sections and locations. M-F, 8:00-4:30, reports up to department leader/RN manager; Population is patients who have had cancer or are being actively treated for cancer, all age 18 and older.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• BSN
• Previous management experience preferred
• Previous Oncology experience preferred
