Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help curate and improve AI-healthcare content. You will bring frontline nursing insight to ensure clinical tools reflect real care workflows and documentation practices.

This remote, hourly contract role involves evaluating AI outputs, annotating data, and providing actionable feedback for AI training teams on a flexible schedule (10–40 hours/week). No AI prior experience required—your clinical expertise matters most.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with frontline clinical experience.
• Familiar with clinical informatics and health IT systems.
• Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and usability.
• Assess AI outputs against nursing workflows and health IT realities.
• Identify gaps or unsafe recommendations in AI content.
