ixolabs.ai is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join its AI training program. As a remote independent contractor, you will contribute specialized knowledge to help AI reason through sepsis, ARDS, shock states, and goals-of-care discussions with appropriate urgency and humility.

This role offers flexible hours (10–40 hrs/week), weekly payments via Stripe, and the ability to work from anywhere within eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Critical Care ICU.
• Experience with AI clinical reasoning tasks preferred.
• Willingness to work remote across multiple time zones.
