Alignerr is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy. This remote, hourly contract role requires a keen eye for quality and the ability to work independently.

You will rate content quality, document insights, and contribute to diverse topics on a flexible schedule. No prior AI or technical experience is required; just strong English communication and reliability.

Your assessments directly influence how AI models learn, improving their accuracy, reliability, and usefulness for millions of people. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your schedule. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a keen eye for quality and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance


• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines


• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short


• Document detailed, constructive feedback to guide model improvement


• Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days are the same

Who You Are

• A natural critical thinker with a strong eye for detail


• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and summarizing written content

Nice to Have
