What You Bring…

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the care of geriatric clients and adult chronic disease management
• Strong leadership, organization, research, evaluation, time management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Point Click Care and RAI-MDS
• Familiar with the 'Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act' and associated regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and reliable

The hourly wage is $60.05 - $69.39 per hour as per ONA collective agreement. The position will be based at our Mary Bucke location and will also provide services to our Bonnie Place location when required.
