Estia Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our aged care teams. You will support residents with daily living, collaborate with staff to meet complex needs, and help keep residents active both physically and mentally.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and excellent documentation of care provided. We value a real desire to make a difference in people’s lives, and prefer candidates with a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care and prior caregiver experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required or preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document clinically and use computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living to ensure they feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs in collaboration with the team.
• Encourage residents’ physical and mental activity.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments as directed.
• Be a friend to residents and safeguard their privacy and dignity.
