Better Collective in Paris is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead the strategy for our flagship websites targeting North America. You will own on-page, off-page and technical SEO initiatives across US/Canada markets to drive organic growth in a competitive iGaming context.

You will collaborate with Content Managers and developers to architect migrations, monitor performance, and report actionable insights to management. Fluent English required; onsite in Paris.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of confirmed SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Expert mastery of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, crawlers).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and their SEO impact.
• Proven experience in migrations or redesigns of high-traffic sites.
• Deep understanding of E-E-A-T concepts for YMYL topics.
• Strategic view on AI impact (SGE, Generative AI) for SEO.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the complete SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical) for NA markets.
• Lead strategic for North America and maximize organic visibility.
• Build and execute an ambitious SEO roadmap with Content Managers and dev teams.
• Analyze North American SERPs, conduct market research and competitive benchmarks.
• Lead site migrations and/or redesigns with SEO performance in mind.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) to management.
