Job summary

Revolut is inviting graduates to join its Graduate Sales Programme, an international, fast-paced environment where you will acquire core sales and commercial skills. Expect bootcamp-style training, real client exposure, and ownership of meaningful tasks from day one.

You will engage in lead generation, pipeline building, and account management across global markets, while developing a deep understanding of Revolut Business and its value proposition.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university in 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent communication over the phone.
• Strong drive for a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points, with emphasis on cold-calling.
• Develop lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying prospects.
• Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and upsell opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Balance time between prospecting, closing, and upselling while engaging your team.
• Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and articulate value.
• Become a Revolut Business product expert with case studies.
