Job summary

IÉSEG School of Management invites applications for non-permanent faculty in Business Negotiation within the International Negotiation and Sales Major, the International Negotiation and Conflict Management Department, on PARIS & Lille Campus.

Applicants should hold a PhD in Management, Business Administration, Negotiation, Psychology, Law, or be PhD candidates in their final year, or be professionals with relevant experience and at least a Master’s degree in one of these fields.

Qualifications

• PhD in Management, Business Administration, Negotiation, Psychology, Law or related field.
• Alternatively PhD candidates in final year or professionals with relevant experience and a Master’s.
• Demonstrate expertise in Business Negotiation, Conflict Management or related areas.
• Strong teaching skills or substantial professional experience; able to teach and evaluate under supervision.
• Familiarity with negotiation simulations, role-plays and case studies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Business Negotiation and related topics; evaluate students.
• Work under the supervision of a course coordinator; contribute to course quality.
• Engage students with interactive teaching methods and assessments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should hold a PhD in Management, Business Administration, Negotiation, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline; be PhD candidates in their final year; or be professionals with relevant experience and at least a Master’s degree in one of these fields.

Applicants must demonstrate expertise in Business Negotiation, Conflict Management, or related areas, such as Commercial Negotiation, International Negotiation, or Organizational Behavior.

They are expected to demonstrate strong teaching skills and/or substantial professional experience in relevant fields. Non-permanent faculty members are expected to teach and evaluate students, working under the supervision of a course coordinator. Experience in teaching is a plus, while familiarity with interactive teaching methods, including negotiation simulations, role-plays, and case studies, is particularly valued.

Applicants should be fluent in English, as all courses at IÉSEG are taught in this language. Prior knowledge of French is not required.

The number of teaching hours offered can be compatible with other professional activities.
