Job summary

Alpine Elements Ltd in Morzine seeks a Night Porter / Kitchen Porter (NP/KP) to join our hotel team. You will handle after-hours guest support, deep cleaning, and meal prep for 50–70 guests while maintaining HACCP standards.

You must speak fluent English, work well under pressure, and be able to rotate shifts across two hotels. Food Hygiene Level 2 is essential; accommodation and staff meals may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform night porter duties and assist kitchen operations.
• Assist in meal preparation and breakfast setup.
• Support chefs with staff meals and guest service after hours.
• Monitor stock levels and help compile orders.
• Receive deliveries and store ingredients per HACCP.
• Maintain hygiene standards in line with EU/UK laws.
• Complete daily kitchen cleaning and deep cleans after shifts.
• Record HACCP logs daily.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operation across two hotels.
