Kéoni Consulting seeks a Network & Security Expert-CDE to secure, modernize, and maintain client infrastructure across LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VoIP environments. You will design secure, highly available networks and administer firewall, VPN, and switch gear.

You will conduct audits, define VLAN/IP/DHCP/DNS/QoS matrices, manage migrations and failovers, analyze incidents, and coordinate with telecom operators and stakeholders. A CCNP or equivalent and WatchGuard certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in LAN/WAN networks, routing, switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, QoS, and MPLS.
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certification.
• WatchGuard firewall certification or equivalent and related security certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct network flow, performance, and coverage audits.
• Define and maintain VLAN, IP, DHCP/DNS, QoS, and filtering matrices.
• Design secure and highly available network architectures.
• Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall equipment.
• Manage migrations, failovers, and rollback plans.
• Analyze and resolve network incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with telecom operators, VoIP provider, and clients’ IT teams.
• Conduct performance, failover, and security testing and user acceptance testing.
• Produce and maintain diagrams, addressing plans, flow matrices, coverage studies, and test reports.

Their responsibilities include WAN monitoring, LAN segmentation, inter-VLAN filtering, firewall renewal and redundancy, Wi-Fi coverage expansion, and upgrades to switches, access points, and UPS systems.Responsibilities • Conduct network flow, performance, and coverage audits. • Define and maintain VLAN, IP, DHCP/DNS, QoS, and filtering matrices. • Design secure and highly available network architectures. • Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall equipment. • Manage migrations, failovers, and rollback plans. • Analyze and resolve network incidents, and ensure follow-up on corrective actions. • Coordinate with telecom operators, the VoIP provider, and other relevant stakeholders. • Conduct performance, failover, and security testing, as well as user acceptance testing. • Produce and maintain physical and logical diagrams, addressing plans, flow matrices, coverage studies, configuration backups, migration plans, test plans, and acceptance test reports.Desired Profile • Proven expertise in LAN/WAN networks, routing, switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, QoS, and MPLS. • Proficiency with WatchGuard firewalls or equivalent solutions, captive portals, network monitoring, and Syslog. • Sound understanding of high availability principles, segmentation, filtering, and ANSSI security best practices. • Ability to work with the Project Manager, IT Expert, Security Expert, Network Technician, telecom operators, VoIP provider, and the client's IT department. • Meticulous attention to detail, autonomy, analytical skills, and ability to work in a multi-site environment.
