Job summary

Demartino Law is seeking a Network Technical Engineer to join the Network Solutions Team. You will implement network projects and help resolve escalated incidents on our infrastructure, including Cisco/Alcatel, Fortinet, and HPE equipment.

You will respond to change requests, monitor capacity, and develop automation using Ansible and Terraform. Strong written and verbal communication and ITIL alignment are expected.

Qualifications

• TCP/IP fundamentals and SD-WAN knowledge required.
• Experience with OSFP/BGP routing and firewall concepts.
• Automation experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Scripting with Python and NetDevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve level 2 incidents, escalating to RUN teams as needed.
• Respond to change requests on network equipment under your responsibility.
• Contribute to cross-functional technical projects.
• Monitor resource capacity.
• Develop automation stack with Ansible and Terraform.
• Participate in creation and enrichment of documentation.
