Demartino Law is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate application security initiatives across a multi-entity group in Europe. The role encompasses scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of complex security projects, ensuring adherence to security requirements and timelines.

You will manage risks, facilitate communications among development, infrastructure, and operations teams, and present monitoring dashboards for management and technical stakeholders.

• Fluent English is required to communicate with stakeholders across entities.

# Security Project Management – APPSEC – Level 4* Security Project Management – APPSEC – Level 4CONTEXT Overall Objective: To lead and manage application security projects and activities Key Project Constraint: To lead and coordinate projects and initiatives related to application security within a multi-entity group ecosystem. In an increasingly digital and externally connected environment (service offerings, APIs, etc.), and faced with constantly evolving cyber threats, securing our applications is a strategic priority. To strengthen our capabilities in this area, the Application Security team has launched several ambitious projects. To successfully complete all these projects, we are looking for a Project Manager. Their main responsibility will be to lead and coordinate all projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the security of our applications. They will be a key player in managing relationships with various internal stakeholders and different group entities.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. Ensure adherence to deadlines and defined security requirements. Identify, analyze, and manage project-related risks. Establish and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with various technical teams (development, infrastructure, operations) and partners involved in application security. Facilitate communication and decision-making. Produce regular and relevant reports on project progress, identified risks, and corrective action plans for various stakeholders (management, technical teams, etc.). Develop and present monitoring dashboards. Responsibilities include: managing the project from the initial specifications to user acceptance testing and deployment; monitoring the project design (client needs, functional specifications, work packages, deliverables); leading the project by building, organizing, coordinating, and motivating the project team according to the specifications (client requirements, budget, deadlines, etc.); delivering the project to the client's expected quality level ; providing ongoing support to clients; and communicating about the solution implemented within the project.**Work location:** Europe
