Job summary

Gramian Consultancy seeks a Network Administrator (Level 2) to support a large-scale enterprise network infrastructure for a major European media organization. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, and administering hybrid cloud networking in a high-availability environment.

The successful candidate will handle on-prem and cloud integrations, implement NetOps automation, and ensure uptime through proactive analysis and robust configuration management. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise network infrastructures (L2/L3).
• Hands-on with Cisco data center networking (ACI, Nexus, Catalyst).
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM, IS-IS).
• Experience with firewalls and load balancing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network supervision alerts and incidents.
• Ensure network performance and bandwidth monitoring across enterprise environments.
• Maintain network updates including patching, upgrades, and inventory management.
• Administer and maintain network and security devices across data center and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and back up equipment configurations and operational documentation.
• Configure and manage virtual networking components in cloud environments.
• Manage network integrations between on-premise and cloud using CI/CD tools.
• Process network flow requests and filtering rules.
• Perform deep network analysis using monitoring/diagnostic tools.
• Conduct failover and resilience testing on critical network infrastructures.
• Provide operational procedures and troubleshooting guidance for teams.
• Ensure accurate asset tracking and monitoring of network equipment movements.
• Prepare integrations of network and security equipment into production environments.

About The Role

We are looking for a Network Administrator (Level 2) to support the operations and reliability of a large-scale enterprise network infrastructure used by a major European media and broadcast organization.

This role focuses on network monitoring, incident management, infrastructure administration, and cloud network integration, ensuring high availability and performance across hybrid environments. You will work in a complex environment combining on-premise data centers, cloud networking, and modern NetOps automation practices.

The ideal candidate is experienced in Cisco-based data center networking, routing protocols, and hybrid cloud networking, and comfortable working in operational environments with strict uptime requirements.

• Manage network integrations between on-premise infrastructure and cloud environments using CI/CD technologies

Requirements

• Strong experience administering enterprise network infrastructures (L2/L3)


• Hands-on experience with Cisco data center networking (ACI, Nexus, Catalyst)


• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM, IS-IS)


• Experience working with firewalls and load balancing technologies


• Familiarity with hybrid cloud networking (AWS / GCP / Azure)


• Experience with NetOps or infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab)


• Ability to analyze network incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting


• Experience in high-availability environments and failover testing
