Comgent is seeking a senior Network Engineer to design and deploy Arista-based data center solutions across Strasbourg and Paris onsite. You will translate customer requirements into detailed network designs, write HLD/LLD, and plan migrations while coordinating with stakeholders and customers.

Formación

• 5+ years in IP networking.
• Fluent French and English written and verbal.
• Design and deployment of cloud-based networking solutions.
• Ability to derive accurate requirements for datacenter projects.
• Experience working with all levels of business from engineering to executives.
• Experience delivering technical and operational training to customers.
• Network automation experience, ideally in Python and Ansible.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse customer situations to develop requirements.
• Gather technical requirements for designing a network to be deployed.

• Plan and support implementation and migration details.

• Create MOP documents outlining steps to migrate production traffic.
• Perform Knowledge Transfer Training on Arista network designs and features.
• Provide ongoing operational support and customer relationship management.
• Assist project management with deployment plans, communication cadence with customers, and timelines.
• Travel to customer locations as required.

• Analyse customer situations to develop requirements.


• Gather technical requirements for designing a network to be deployed.


• Develop and provide designs in line with requirements.


• Write High and Low Level Design documents based on gathered requirements forguidance and reference during and after Arista network deployment.


• Implementation and migration planning detail and support.


• Write and execute test plans for the purpose of validating newly deployed Aristanetworks once the deployment is complete in order to ensure new infrastructures arecapable of carrying production network traffic.


• Work with customers to plan, write, and execute Methods of Procedure documentsoutlining steps to seamlessly migrate production network traffic from legacyinfrastructure to the newly deployed Arista Network Fabric.


• Perform Knowledge Transfer Training on Arista network Designs, Platforms, andFeatures to Arista Professional Services customers.


• Ongoing operational support to the customer.


• Develop professional relationships with customers in order to assist them with Aristasolution deployment projects.


• Assist project management in developing project plans to track deployment project taskexecution, communication cadence with customers, and timelines.


• Travel to customer locations as and when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience focused on IP networks.


• Excellent written and verbal skills in both French and English.


• Specializing in Design and Deployment of Industry Leading Cloud Based Solutions.


• Ability to develop accurate and meaningful requirements for datacenter infrastructureprojects.


• Experience of working with all levels of business from the engineering deck to theexecutive suite.


• Experience of delivering technical and operational training to customers.

Requirements

• Datacenter infrastructure high level and low level design experience specializing in


• Design and Deployment of Industry Leading Networking Solutions.


• Ability to develop accurate and meaningful requirements.


• Strong exposure to packet capture level troubleshooting.


• Proven track record of successful and timely delivery of assigned tasks.


• Technical Support experience in networking domain with Experience on Arista Equipment have added advantage


• Experience in Spine-leaf Architect (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF and other Networking protocols and concepts


• Network automation experience, ideally in Python and Ansible
