Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded English conversations and review AI-generated transcripts.
• Correct transcription errors, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and formatting.
• Ensure transcripts faithfully reflect the original spoken content.
• Identify contextual errors and inaccuracies AI may overlook.
• Verify spelling, sentence structure, and word usage.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency and readability.
• Follow project guidelines and transcription standards.
• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations without compromising quality.
• Flag unclear audio and quality concerns.
• Contribute to quality improvement feedback.
