This role emphasizes contextual understanding, language precision, and independent work within project guidelines. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for consistent quality.

Formación

• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency and strong proofreading skills.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling and listening comprehension in English.
• Ability to understand various English accents and contextual meaning.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in quality assurance, transcription, editing or content review is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to recorded English conversations and review AI-generated transcripts.
• Correct transcription errors, omissions, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting.
• Ensure transcripts accurately reflect the original spoken content.
• Identify contextual errors and misinterpretations overlooked by AI.
• Verify spelling, sentence structure, and word usage.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and readability.
• Follow project guidelines and transcription standards.
• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations without compromising quality.
• Flag unclear audio and quality concerns.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and feedback.
