CEB, the Council of Europe Development Bank, seeks a Murex MX.3 Migration Specialist to lead the migration from legacy systems to MX.3 for the Capital Markets division. You will design migration strategies, supervise data migration across domains, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

The role requires deep MX.3 expertise, strong SQL and Oracle skills, and proven delivery in end-to-end migrations within capital markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience delivering data migration in capital markets.
• Experience with end-to-end Murex MX.3 implementation.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Murex MX.3 Migration Lead within the programme, driving migration workstreams.
• Define end-to-end migration strategy for MX.3 transition.
• Lead data migration across MX.3 domains: trade, reference data, market data, counterparty data, historical data, accounting data.
