You will own end-to-end post-production, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver short-form vertical videos, promotional ads, and long-form assets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio for social media, and expert knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional video editing and multimedia content creation experience.
• Strong portfolio showing social media content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and marketing ads.
• Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to create clean motion graphics and dynamic typography.
• Reliable remote workspace capable of handling large video files.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Understanding of audience retention and platform trends.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Content & Video Editor to produce engaging visual narratives across digital platforms. You will transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content, including short-form vertical videos, promotional ads, and long-form multimedia assets. As our Multimedia Content & Video Editor, you will own the end-to-end post-production process, collaborating closely with our marketing and creative teams. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for visual composition, a deep understanding of platform-specific social media trends, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Production: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling stories, including both short-form cuts and long-form brand content.
• Motion Graphics & Effects: Create and integrate animated text, lower-thirds, visual effects, and branded overlays to enhance audience engagement.
• Audio & Color Correction: Ensure high-quality audio mixing, track selection, and consistent color grading that aligns with overall brand guidelines.
• Platform Optimization: Optimize final video deliverables for specific channel requirements, varying aspect ratios, and platform algorithms.
• Trend Execution: Brainstorm creative hooks, transitions, and pacing strategies based on the latest social media and advertising trends.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including b-roll, audio tracks, and project files, ensuring easy access for the wider team.
• Collaboration: Participate in creative pre-production meetings, take feedback gracefully, and iterate on video drafts to finalize content on schedule.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional video editing and multimedia content creation experience.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to edit social media content (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts), marketing ads, and dynamic storytelling.
• Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Demonstrated ability to create clean motion graphics and dynamic typography.
• A reliable, high-speed remote workspace equipped with the hardware necessary to handle large video files and rendering.
• Excellent verbal communication, a proactive attitude, and an exceptional ability to manage time to meet recurring deadlines.
• A deep understanding of what drives audience retention, engagement, and viral reach across modern social media platforms.
