Odixcity Consulting is seeking a creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms.

You will own the monthly content calendar, produce videos/photos using a smartphone or professional camera, and edit reels, TikToks, and static posts. You will manage communities and deliver monthly analytics with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Canva.
• Must have reliable power supply and stable internet.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms. As a digital storyteller who can drive audience engagement and growth by being fully equipped to work reliably and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with our brand goals.
• Multimedia Production: Film high-quality videos and snap photos using a smartphone or professional camera. Edit captivating reels, TikToks, and static posts.
• Community Management: Monitor all social media channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster active community engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep our content relevant.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar digital marketing role. (A strong portfolio of past work/managed accounts is required).
• Creative Skills: Proficiency in mobile/desktop video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) and graphic design.
• Self‑Sufficient Infrastructure (Mandatory): Candidates must possess a reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Equipment: Must have a high‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly, as well as a smartphone with a high-quality camera.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and excellent time‑management skills.
