Odixcity Consulting is seeking a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to bring ideas to life through dynamic visual content. You will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce engaging animations, explainer videos, and social media content that elevate our brand presence.

You will oversee the full production pipeline—from concept and storyboarding to animation and final delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics/design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro with a solid understanding of typography and color theory.

Responsabilités

• Translate concepts into engaging motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage with visual effects, transitions, overlays, and color grading.
• Create assets for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and emails, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.
• Organize project files and reusable templates for efficiency in recurring campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Motion Graphics Designer to bring ideas and stories to life through dynamic visual content. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce engaging animations, explainer videos, and social media content that elevate our brand presence. You will oversee the full production pipeline—from initial concept and storyboarding to animation and final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate static designs, scripts, and storyboards into captivating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage with visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Design high-performing visual assets for various digital channels, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), web, and email campaigns.
• Partner closely with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate on designs and implement feedback efficiently.
• Organize, archive, and maintain a clean library of reusable motion templates and project files for recurring campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion deliverables adhere strictly to our brand guidelines, aesthetic standards, and campaign goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role (strong portfolio required).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar NLE systems).
• Must have a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, pacing, and typography.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a workstation capable of running heavy design/animation software and rendering large files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas and handle feedback constructively.
